What went into this site, what Steam really publishes about a library, and where the numbers stop being able to say anything. I write these; anyone can vote on them, which is how I find out which ones were worth writing.
The vote is counted per address, one per post, exactly the way the board counts them. That is not one per person and it is not pretending to be: accounts are the next thing being built here, and the vote moves to the account when they arrive.
